Vietnam's export of leather, footwear and bags this year will likely increase 10-15 per cent year-on-year to about USD 23-25 billion, the Vietnam Leather, Footwear and Handbag Association has forecasted.

Vietnamese wood and furniture products are expected to grow in 2022 due to the purchasing demand of the international market along with meeting necessary factors in Free Trade Agreements.

Vietnam is expected to become a new production hub of the world, as “Made in Vietnam” products are winning larger shares in the international market, according to Russia's Sputnik news agency.
